I have used creams, shea butter and leave in conditioner before but was new to using a hair balm on my hair when I brought this product. I was interested in its detox description and understanding if natural products like hemp and ginger have specific qualities that could nourish my afro hair. I think after using My Ginger Detox – Hair Balm with Hemp for a month my hair became easier to detangle. It felt like I was treating my hair after a period of not maintaining a full hair care routine. I think I need to keep exploring or book a consultation to know what is best for my hair moving forward.
