Reporting Undelivered Orders
If in the unlikely event, you have not received your goods within the specified delivery period you must let us know within 30 days of the dispatch date. We cannot accept liability for goods not delivered within 30 days of despatch, as the couriers do not allow us to claim for lost items after this period.
Damaged or faulty goods In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we reserve the right to send appropriate products to replace those damaged or faulty.
