My family and I have been going to Lafro for a number of years now, Narisse work has always been exceptional. I went to a wedding yesterday and got a tonne of compliments on my hair. I booked here a few months ago for a wash and trim. As someone who tends to avoid salons due to negative experiences, my experience here was great. The owner was gentle and patient with my hair, and made sure to check in, which definitely made me feel at ease. The whole process did not feel rushed at all but it was very efficient which was positive. The salon itself was calm and clean making it a nice and comfortable environment to be in.
My only issue was there was some miscommunication regarding the appointment booking which was a little bit stressful before I arrived.
